Who We Are

Preservation Over Replacement

Two materials. One pass. Verified.

Outpave Surface provides a managed precision application service on company-owned trucks.

Outpave is a chemistry-agnostic application platform. The treatment is set by what the pavement needs, not by what the equipment can carry.

Every treatment is applied at precisely controlled rates, with a telemetry log of what was delivered. And when a treatment calls for two materials, the dual-system distributor keeps them in separate tanks and delivery paths, applying each at its own rate in a single pass, with no blending and no second mobilization.

Why Our Preservation Platform Matters

  • Pavement preservation treatments applied early help prevent costly structural failures later
  • Nighttime applications allow daytime traffic flow
  • Rapid-cure chemistry minimizes time under traffic control
  • This preservation stretches agency budgets further, leaving capital available for new construction
What We Deliver

Treatments We Deliver

Precision-engineered treatments designed to work with the chemistry of existing asphalt, not just on top of it.

Penetrating Treatment

Rejuvenating Fog Seal

A penetrating treatment designed to restore flexibility and friction to aging asphalt. Applied quickly and often at night, it extends pavement life while minimizing disruption to traffic, proven at production scale on Interstate work.

Epoxy Chip Seal

A chip seal built on two reactive components kept fully isolated in separate tanks until the moment of application. Long-life thermoset chemistry, delivered at production scale. The epoxy chip seal materials have a two-year shelf life.

Rejuvenating Tack Coat

A tack coat applied ahead of an overlay that bonds the new lift while conditioning the aged surface beneath it: two jobs in one rate-controlled pass, deterring bottom-up cracking.

Rejuvenation Chemistry

Treatments built around restoring aged binder properties, countering the oxidation and embrittlement that end pavement life.

Independent Rate Control

For treatments that call for two materials: two delivery systems, one pass, with each material applied at its own optimal rate instead of a blended compromise.

Proven in the Field

Production-scale Interstate application, state research pilots, and NCAT-monitored friction testing stand behind the platform.

Verified Delivery

Onboard telemetry logs delivered rates by station and offset, so application quality can be reviewed, not just promised.

Rapid Return to Service

Rapid-cure chemistry and night application options keep traffic moving and communities open.

Technical Support

From treatment selection to specification and procurement paperwork, the team supports every stage of a project.

Every Gallon, On Record

Onboard telemetry logs the delivered application rate against its target, GPS-referenced by station and offset, reconciled against delivery tickets, with out-of-tolerance intervals flagged automatically.
