Treatments We Deliver

Surface treatments designed to restore performance, slow deterioration, and delay reconstruction across a wide range of roadway conditions.

Site Evaluation

Pavement condition, traffic loads, climate factors, and existing binder properties are assessed to determine the optimal treatment.

Treatment Selection

The right treatment and application rates are specified for the surface conditions and the goals of the project.

Precision Application

Trained crews apply the treatment with calibrated equipment, providing uniform coverage, controlled rates, and a telemetry record of what was delivered.

Cure & Return

Rapid-cure chemistry minimizes traffic disruption. Surfaces return to service in hours, not days.

Materials

Proven chemistry, precision applied

Every treatment pairs precision application with proven chemistry from established material suppliers. Because the platform is chemistry-agnostic and flexible, agencies and owners keep full control of material selection, qualified products list (QPL) requirements, and supplier relationships, and get the best of both: the materials they trust, applied with rate control and a delivery record.

See the Difference

Rejuvenating treatments improve surface texture, seal against moisture intrusion, and slow the oxidation that makes asphalt brittle, while extending a pavement’s functional life before costly reconstruction is required.

Penetrating Treatment

Rejuvenating Fog Seal

Penetrate the surface, restore flexibility and friction

A penetrating treatment designed to restore flexibility and friction to aging asphalt. Applied quickly and often at night, it extends pavement life while minimizing disruption to traffic.

  • Restores flexibility to oxidized surfaces
  • Slows deterioration before cracking sets in
  • Night application available, providing minimal traffic disruption
  • Works with standard equipment and field practices

Epoxy Chip Seal

Reactive chemistry, delivered at production scale

A chip seal built on two reactive components that stay fully isolated in separate tanks until the moment of application. The chemistry class has been studied in multi-year live-highway research by New Zealand’s Transport Agency.

  • Components combine only on the pavement, never inside the equipment
  • Ratio held in real time by independent per-bar rate control
  • A path to long-life thermoset wearing surfaces
  • Multiple projects underway in 2026

Rejuvenating Tack Coat

Bond the new lift, treat the surface beneath it

A tack coat applied ahead of an overlay that does two jobs in one pass: bonding the new lift to the existing pavement while conditioning the aged surface underneath, deterring bottom-up cracking instead of leaving it in the structure.

  • Bonds the overlay and treats the existing surface in one pass
  • Applied ahead of the paving train with standard sequencing
  • Rate-controlled application, documented in the delivery record
  • Suited to mill-and-fill and overlay programs

Start with a Pilot

A research pilot or experimental feature is the simplest way for an agency to evaluate the platform on its own network.
