Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how iEmulsions Corporation, doing business as Outpave Surface (“Outpave Surface,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit outpavesurface.com (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. Information we receive in the course of a project or contract is governed by the agreement for that work.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your agency or organization, telephone number and extension, city, state, the subject of your inquiry, and the service territory you selected.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs as part of operating the Site, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of each request. We use this information only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. If the contact form is protected by an automated abuse-prevention service, that service may process technical information about your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed to them.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it;
• evaluate your inquiry, including any service territory you select, and determine how we can assist you;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• prevent spam, abuse, and unauthorized access; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not request.

4. How We Share Information

We use Vercel to host the Site and store contact form submissions and, when email delivery is enabled, Resend to deliver the submitted information to us by email. These providers process information to supply hosting, storage, and email delivery under their applicable service agreements. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes IP addresses and browser signals to prevent automated abuse; Cloudflare also uses those signals to improve its bot detection, as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

5. Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any restricted area of the Site made available to authorized users may set a session cookie so that you remain signed in; that cookie holds only what is needed to maintain your session. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, in which case any restricted area may not function.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain submissions as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your submission by contacting us through the contact page or at contact@outpavesurface.com; we will review your request and respond in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections to the Site and access controls on stored submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

Providing information through the Site is voluntary. You may browse the Site without submitting any information. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor any such rights that apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before applying material changes to information previously collected.
